Tube Furnace of Technical Characteristics

The tubular furnace uses resistance wire as heating element, double shell structure and multi-stage programmed temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and silicon-controlled control. The tubular furnace uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The air-cooling system is installed between the double shell of the tubular furnace, which can rapidly raise and lower the temperature. The high temperature resistant stainless steel and stainless steel flanges are used to seal the two ends. Nitrogen, hydrogen, ammonia and chlorine can be passed through. Float flowmeter is used to control the intake flow.
The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast rising and falling temperature and energy saving. It is an ideal product for high temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment and vacuum annealing in universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises.
